Hours without the hassle

Every hour, handled.

One calm place to organize shifts, track commitments, and keep everyone moving.

Volunteer hours tracking for youth sports programs.

01

The season opens

Publish the whole season once.

Build events, set how many hands each shift needs, and open it to your roster. Capacity is enforced in the database, not in a spreadsheet formula — when a slot is full, it's full. No double-booked concession stand.

02

Families claim their hours

They sign up. You stop chasing.

Parents sign in with a link in their email — no password to reset, no app to install. They see what's open, claim what fits, and swap with another family when life changes. Your phone stays quiet at 9pm.

03

The day itself

Scan in. Scan out. That's the whole job.

A QR code at the check-in table starts and ends the shift, and the hours post themselves. Reminders go out before the shift, and if someone forgets to check out, the system catches it instead of you.

04

The record

One number per family, and nobody argues with it.

Every completed shift, credit, and adjustment rolls into one figure against the season requirement. Export it to CSV when the board asks — and they will.

Built to disappear

Your program’s name on it. Not ours.

Families sign in to yourprogram, with your logo and your colors. Voluntold appears once, in the attribution line at the bottom. The tool should feel like the program’s — because to a parent, it is.

Before you ask

The questions that usually come first.

What does it cost?

Priced per season by program size. We'll quote you on the call.

Do parents need an app?

No. It's a mobile-first website. Parents sign in with a link in their email — nothing to download, no password to reset.

We already have a spreadsheet.

Import your roster from CSV and keep going. You don't need to rebuild your season from scratch to try it.

Is this only for cheer?

It was built with a competitive cheer program, but nothing in it is cheer-specific. If your program runs seasons, teams, rosters, and shifts, it fits.

The volunteer work still has to get done.

Let’s make the tracking part boring.
